Overview

VuNet Systems is a next-gen Visibility and Analytics company using full-stack Artificial Intelligence (AI), BigData and Machine Learning (ML), innovatively to monitor Business-journeys and improve user-experience.

With customer’s moving rapidly towards digital transactions replacing traditional modes of transacting with enterprises, gaining visibility across each customer’s business journey with the enterprise to provide enhanced customer experience is non-negotiable. vuSmartMaps TM, VuNet’s unified business journey monitoring platform based on AI and ML, provides a unified view across the legs of the journey that traverses a complex web of applications and infrastructure in an enterprise. The visibility provided by the platform makes enterprises proactive in identifying issues in any of the journey legs, perform root-cause analysis which helps in reducing transaction failure and enhancing customer experience. Product Architecture

vuSmartMaps TM has been built ground up as a highly extensible Big Data based platform. that connects customer experience, business, and IT operations.

 

Key capabilities of vuSmartMaps TM include:

  • Data Ingestion & Handling Pipelines – vuSmartMaps TM can ingest structured and unstructured data, events, metrics, and logs from many different data sources. It natively supports 300+ data sources. vuSmartMaps TM collects performance data (Golden Signals) from all the touchpoints (Network, Server, Middleware, Application, Database, Storage) in the IT infrastructure. It is also very easy to integrate any new non-standard data source quickly.

 

  • Data & Machine Learning Operations Layer - All the ingested data is correlated, transformed, and enriched. The data is stored in a Bigdata database which is also used to create an IT operational data lake. This enables creation of various machine learning and data analytics use cases including anomaly detection and root cause determination.

vuSmartMaps comes with following unique features:

  • Operational Performance Indicator [OPI] - Operational Performance from IT operations perspective, based on CPU, Memory, and other Infra & App parameters
  • User Experience Index [UEI] - User experience tracked across touchpoints of transaction flow
  • Automated Insights - Uses automated data slicing, Natural Language Generation and user feedback based fine tuning of insights control and bubbling up of insights
  • Visualization Layer – Pre-defined and canned storyboards and CXO dashboards that addresses the needs of executives and operations teams.

Usage

Support

VuNet Systems designated Technical Assistance Center (TAC) will offer support to help customers fully leverage the value of vuSmartMaps investment.  The TAC is a telephone, email and support through ticket request handling service offered by VuNet Systems trained technical support assistance providing diagnosis and resolution of any issues faced with the vuSmartMaps TM product.

VuNet support is available between 9 AM - 6 PM (Eastern European Time) on all working days (5 days a week) excluding holidays.

vuSmartMaps TM Software Support will include the following:

  • Receive & Log technical Issues related to products
  • Analyze and provide resolution to technical question
  • Help in answering questions that may arise concerning the operation and use of the licensed product that cannot be resolved by the customer.
  • Remote login support to check and troubleshoot critical issues
  • First level contact for all Technical Issues/requests related to vuSmartMaps licensed products.
  • Voice and Email support
  • Half yearly Configuration Check and Performance Reporting.
