VuNet Systems designated Technical Assistance Center (TAC) will offer support to help customers fully leverage the value of vuSmartMaps investment. The TAC is a telephone, email and support through ticket request handling service offered by VuNet Systems trained technical support assistance providing diagnosis and resolution of any issues faced with the vuSmartMaps TM product.
VuNet support is available between 9 AM - 6 PM (Eastern European Time) on all working days (5 days a week) excluding holidays.
